Im looking for a yaoi series that has yakuza involved, preferably where drama is brought about by yakuza-cause danger/injuries etc...

1999 Shanghai <--Well, the setting is in China so they're not Yakuzas [I guess Triads...]. Art may be disappointing, but it's so worth a read.

Shibuya de Aimashou <--Not really yaoi, but borderline shounen-ai. So freaking funny though.
