I'm looking for 2 kinds of manga.
The first kind is "New money". Basically Its manga where the protagonist who was previously poor suddenly becomes wealthy and has to deal with the challenges and prejudices of "the world of the rich".
The second kind is "Fallen Nobles". Basically its manga where the protagonist suddenly becomes poor, loses their status, and has to leave their sheltered life and deal with the real world and survive.

Angel's Doubt seems to be heading towards dealing with the "new money" theme.
Savage Garden has a cross-dressing lead who is suddenly thrust into the world of money and privilege, and has to remain disguised in order to protect that image of wealth.
Ultimate Venus has a female lead that becomes suddenly rich.
Earl and Fairy also has hints of this theme, since the male lead grew up stealing and prostituting himself on the streets, but is now living as a "false noble," i.e. new money, but he pretends that he's of an older lineage.
The Gorgeous Carat series (take note of the sequels) deals with an impoverished "fallen noble" who is having to sell a lot of his property to get by.
Gerard et Jaques has both fallen nobles and new money in it.
La Esperança and In God's Arms only have a touch of these themes, but you might notice them if you're looking for them.
The butler stories in True Tenderness are a must-read for anyone wanting a glimpse of "fallen nobles" - if I recall, the young master ends up starving as the French revolution unsettles France and the aristocrats approach ruin, and the butler has to convince him to eat substandard food instead of his normal luxurious fare.
