How and which manga/anime affected you, and try to be specific, if possible, since very general things may be similar to this. Like, <specific series> influenced me to ________.
Funny, I can't think of any manga examples.
Steins; Gate made me drink more Dr. Pepper. Angel Beats! made me want to fill out the form to give consent for using my organs for transplant. Didn't end up doing it because I never got around to ask my dad.

Peepo Choo I was A HUGE Otaku back then, thinking Japan was the greatest place in the world, all because of anime and manga...But that's not until reality steped in.
Boys on the run Not knowing the difference between love and lust can be painful.
Ressentiment "You can either act like an adult and take the pain, or act like a child and live in a fantasy world". Either way you chose, it's going to hurt.

Ikkitousen anime brought me back into actually liking anime[had been away for a couple of years] back in 2003
Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi Anime it got me into sports/martial arts again
Golgo 13 made me go back and read all the modesty blaise novels[and most of the comics] and also got me into reading more spy/agent themed novels
[ginga nagareboshi gin] Anime made me so scared of bears that i have a hard time walking in forests... the simplest sounds can make my heart race when im in the woods

of Shamo
Ryo Narushima really affected my approach in life, I was once a week boy with an urge to get rid of all of my weaknesses in life, I was once surrounded by bullies day in and day out wanting to become stronger but holding myself back. Today I aspire to be a man that is able to defend him self and take down any obstacles.
Ok so I'm not saying I'm going to become a murderer if that's what it takes; all I'm saying is he made me realize that the only way to become triumphant is to work hard at it and show no fear!
