I stumbled upon Junai Tokkou Taichou! and was really surprised at how surprised I was to see a lead with dark skin; they usually play side characters. I also liked that he wasn't normal "bishounen" type, though still cute. The first 2-3 volumes were enjoyable, the rest was meh.

I looked around on my own and found Waltz wa Shiroi Dress de. Wasn't a great read but I was desperate lol...

So, do you guys know of any with a dark-skinned lead? Doesn't matter where he/she is from, could even be half Japanese or European or Indian or w/e. Also doesn't have to be romance, that's just what I happened to find. I read mostly comedy shounen and shoujo. 🙂
