What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

Tamara fits the criteria somewhat, but its a horror title.
are you ok with shonen-ai? I know some fashion titles w/ shonen-ai.

but..some mangakas' works do influenced fashion industry like the works by Mihara Mitsukazu and Yuki Kaori

Then i totally reccomend Cafe Relish ni Oide, its very funny and light-hearted.Doll and Tenshi no Kiss are nice dancing mangas .

Dramatic love album - it's about a model, not exactly fashion.
Complex - this one should be more in the theme.
Tenshi ja Nai!! - this is good too, if you're fine with gender bender smile The One - I know it's about fashion, but I haven't read it yet.
Parakiss - I saw the anime, pretty good, but the ending was kinda sad.
