Many of us have probably only eaten ramen and sushi. The others are not as well known, at least in the states.
We rarely have food polls, so why not use nowyat's suggestion? The list of 10 items is of course non-exhaustive, and I purposely didn't have options for "None of the above" or "Other" or "All of the above." Just choose what's available. And on a tangent, I haven't read Yakitate!! Japan in a long time... You know, I used to scanlate that.
