Description

When family obligations force Sun Yool, a stressed-out law school student, to the countryside, it seems like a great opportunity to escape the chaos of the city. After all, the great outdoors promises fresh air, sunshine… and a new romance?! Soon after arriving, Sun Yool is thrown into a series of strange encounters and misunderstandings with his 20-year-old neighbor, Yechan. it's cute, sure. but it absolutely 100% did not need to be 80 chapters. it could have been 40 and i would have been much more engaged.

the first 40 or so chapters do not focus on the relationship enough. they don't actually start deliberately engaging any amount romantically until around 40 chapters, and don't define what they're doing as dating until 60 chapters. it's a slow burn with all the romance and mutual affection in the last 20 chapters only.

also, not sure why it has the yaoi tag at all. there's like 2 or 3 brief, non-explicit sex scene snippets in the last 20 chapters or so, in which you don't get to see the climax or anything. i think it is much better off only being tagged shounen ai.

Minus 1 point bc Yechan was kinda annoying but either way it was so cute! I was procrastinating reading it for a long time. I won't tell I regret waiting but I'm happy I've finally read it. They're both a green flags and I loved that there weren't anything toxic from both Yool's ex and the chief. I'm kinda sad there wasn't anything more about Manager and Yool's ex tho😔

Boring, dull, very slow, the characters are childlike and annoying for now reason.
It could work as a 10 chapters story, not an 80, for gods's sake.

Pretty bland farming

I thought the beginning had potential since it reminded me of Our Sunny Days which has a similar MC moving to the countryside to start over but then it ended with common themes. Then I read up to Ch 30 and I kinda lost motivation and it lacked the compelling factor for reading to even complete S1. The main couple is OK and no one is super abusive other than his former BF but it's just pretty boring overall.

The art is OK and I liked the bigger bottom LI but nothing really stood out to me after reading it for a few days now.

Can't get over the Uke acting like a child and never maturing over an 8 year period (series starts with him at 20 yrs old). The infantilization even plays into their sex lives some. So gross. He doesn't speak, he yells!! Everything! In an over enthusiastic! Way!!! And then cries at the drop of a hat. He's so hulking big and can't seem to grasp how strong he is or the space he takes up, which makes him seem incredibly dumb when added to his emotional immaturity and general naivete. He constantly barges in, doesn't think ahead, and has selective hearing. Reminds me of Bongsoo from Flirting 9 to 6, which I had to drop for the same reasons.

I read love tractor, after hearing about planned live action. It was actually like a fresh wind, after laying in your room for a whole day!!! Like what!!!! They were so cute, understanding and lovable. There happend to be a problem or misunderstanding? Just know it will be resolved in next 2-3 chapters. I'm not even kidding!! Really refreshing to read, after all those mangas, where the author just wants to find drama ANYWHERE.
I can't imagine anyone hating on it. If you hate happiness just say it.

Character is too unrealistic and behaves like a 10 year old until the end, it's just annoying. No character development. It feels like all country bumpkins are stupid and then the purple guy... the chemistry just doesn't fit. It feels like two guys from different worlds. Ultimately it remains annoying and just ridiculous for me until the end. The art is similar to a children's book and I would describe the whole story more as Shounen Ai.

Man, I love webtoons set in farms. I like the light angst. The love interest is a little himbo, which is so adorable. I like the emotional depth portraying the toxic relationship.

Should be a 10/10 if I wasn't such a freak for smut, but as I am such, it only receives an 8/10 for me 🙁
