mangaka is female? then I think that's why even girls can love this manga. though it is ecchi, though it has huge boobs (just walking with those must be a torment, she fights with them. I appreciate) I don't understand why but I find the manga just cute. that chibi sekirei is enough for me to read on.

Boobs, breasts, tits! OMG! I found hard to believe the mangata is female! There are so many shots with breasts and panties that for a moment you believe the whole sekirei story if just a excuse to show more boobs! Now about the manga itself, it is well drawn with emphasis on female chests. The plot SEEMS interesting with the whole thing with the sekireis fighting each other, only one will remain, etc, etc... and you may think it'll go like Pokemon or Gash Bell but the lack of fighting and when there is fighting, the fights are short and decided by one or two attacks, it's a big disappointment. In any case, the plot is not linear and it does have interesting twists and developments but at the moment of this comment (volume 7) things are not good enough to say this manga is worth the time. Unless of course you are heavily into ecchi and boobs.

This series is not purely made for fanservice. There is real character development, real relationships, and it helps that the fight scenes and character designs are one of the best I had ever seen.

Get past the boobies and you'll find a great, great manga.

i havnt actually started reading the manga but looks like the anime is coming out this august 08 so i will be reading the manga..
i like the manga with good art of work and comedy so i will definetly love this manga.

As blatent as this may sound, kissing these girls makes you their pimp. Interesting story, great action, captivating moments, and incredible art! I mean if the manga's got a good artist thats 60% of the worth. And I disagree with people who suffer from Ecchi over dose, I believe there is not enough close ups. The story is about epic fighting, and those fan service shots are a part of the sexy style which is needed for extra appeal. Also there is good character developement, which I think is a main part of why I was captivated. I think many action manga loose this aspect which in turn makes it boring. This is an exception!

This is basically the same story as pokemon, but instead of having to collect pokemon for battle, the protagonist has the terrible duty of finding sexy ladies and making them his ero-slaves. Yes, they even power up if you make out with them, it's hillarious. Beautiful artwork and a quasi-interesting story, which could admitedly be paced a tad faster (it seems a prerequisite for each chapter to contain at least one 2-page blowout of one or more half-naked chick doing...something). Main character is a kinda a wimp, but you can't really hate him.

The one word I can use to describe this show is GREAT. I mean if you can look past the outrageously large boobs (which is really hard to do since they occupy half the page LOL), you will see that this story is fun and interesting. I just read up to chapter 59 and I can't wait to see more (damn cliffhanger).

First and foremost boobs are great in this manga but me i perfer a tad bit smaller maybe c or d double ds at most, f is super sized with fries and a large drink 4 a buck 99 which is to good to be true anyways this manga is funny as hell you may recognize most of the comedy format for this genre (if u do read this type of genre) and it may not give u the LMOA reaction but it will give u the L2MS (laugh to myself) which is still pretty funny. The storyline is interesting with a not so predictable plot, give or take a few things but like most harems ive read it follows the basic genre some lame dude hookin up with a lot of bouncy hot chicks (which makes me really envious) but in this one there are frequent catfights which does its part to entertain . for ecchiness this one seems alot more ecchier then others which is good in its own way, and the artwork and character design is drawn really well and beautifully

I'll be honest thought when I first seen this I didn't wanna bother reading it cause the 1st chapter didnt interest me enough but I gave it a second chance (cause i was bored) and now i can't wait till the next chapter comes out so in conclusion if u like harem ecchi romance genres with a lil bit of action then this is a must read it's entertaining, funny and it provides alot of give fan service

the art is good.. but those "things" are too big if i may say.. the story is ok, nothing too fancy..
