The cover didn't draw my attention but I decided to read it anyways and it has become one of my favorites. The plot is interesting and the characters are great as well.
This is really a great manga that I would recommend to any shoujo fan.

It was a cute, refreshing read. Not heavy on the romance, rather focusing more on the showbiz. Unfortunately the ending killed it for me. Now i know that this manga isn't exactly a 'romance' manga, but the author introduced many romantic-plot-hints that made me expect more development and which she never followed through with it. Instead she clearly rushed the end, forced in a time skip and closed it with an "open" ending, not wraping up the things she started. Very disappointing since it had potential to be much greater..

This is a very good manga. Oh, and Yukari does have a purpose to help Ryou...to become a public official! Tsukuba has very down-to-earth drawing skills and a flowing plotline, though sometimes it doesn't exactly have a rigid plot set. Land of the Blindfolded wasn't the greatest, in storyline or drawing but the mangas following that was great. It's not that Land of the Blindfolded was not good, because it touched into profound depth, but I personally did not find it as entertaining. I definitely recommend this for anyone who loves romance/comedy genre manga, but only to those who are lenient. Some people might not like this. Overall, nicely done.

i really love this manga. i picked volume 1 off from the library and i fall in love with it at first sight. this will be the best manga made by tsukuba sakura sensei!

Always the ending...

Love her works, especially the longer ones. However, in my opinion the endings seem a bit crammed and rushed. I feel they should have gone on for longer or that there should be a sequel... Yet, there never is... ; (
It doesn't wreck the story, but it is rather disappointing, because I would love to read more and there are so many options to continue the story! Normally endings of long stories suck, due to dragged on, repetitive, starting to get boring story-lines. However, that is far from the case with her works. Actually totally the opposite. There are so many well-developed and interested characters, I would love to read more on.

Well maybe she will hear that people feel this way and write more!

I'm a guy and not really into shoujo, but I liked this a lot. It's an interesting and captivating story. It's about a girl who can sense talent of people, the forming of celebrities with the typical schemes and twists; but it's all VERY well done and the plot is solid. The friendships and relationships seem genuine and the characters likeable. The manga manages to pull of a good feeling of suspense.

It's a magnificent manga. One of my favorites. Definitely recommended!
My only complaint is a non conclusive ending.

The entire story has weird settings, unfinished stories and unrealistic characters. Its progress is flat - the artificial random dramas thrown in don't change that. It seems to me they just exist to introduce yet another character. They all get a raw deal and done with it, moving to the next one. The reactions to the dramas are unrealistic but pretty cliché. Secrets get presented to the main char likes some dish in a self-service sushi bar.
The main pair has hardly a progress in the romance sector. A blush here and a heart beat there and that won't change (so don't start this one with any hopes - no don't!).

Comes like a bad version of Fruits Basket (FB does have the length to actually tell a story with depth).

The CEO of the Peacock firm is very unprofessional, that it's annoying. Even the weirdo CEO from Skip Beat! has more professionalism.

Things feel so randomly thrown at you without further thought whether it actually suits the flow or even make sense. My common sense threw up over this. Esp. about the 10 years timeskip near the end when nothing was solved in the past already sigh I was like* 'wtf, is this for real'* and checked whether I missed some pages - but not, it's for real.
But still I wanted to know how it ends. The threesome was still interesting (but the katana guy was the best :3).

Seven volumes are just not enough for the amount of characters and stories. Either lessen the chars and stories or make it proper with depth and more volumes at the end (and some real romance pls).

The first 2 volumes were ok but with the 3rd one I already got bored of it. And since the ending was disappointing too I cannot recommend this piece.
Since it has such a high rating, I seem to be one of the minority to dislike this piece - so please ignore my opinion. I don't speak for the masses.

This is a really cute series. The artwork is pretty, the characters have their own personalities and the plot is awesome. I thought the ending was kinda abrupt though. I wish the author developed the relationships more because it doesn't really conclude. Overall, it was a great series. If you're looking for a light, quick series you should definitely check it out!

I don't know how to describe the realistic sense of story Penguin Revolution have. It's like a real-life sci-fi story or sumthing, if there is one. A manager and an actor who have a deep friendship that unseemingly transform into an innocent love. Its refreshing. I become addicted to it without even knowing.

Why is the ending like that?? I thought I missed some chapters... This manga was rushed.. I think if the mangaka did not rush this manga, it will be very popular
