From the description alone, you'd think this was an action manga with people fight back and hunt down against hordes of virus berserk robots, similar to a zombie movie. But no, its a shoujo Blade Runner with less action. Theres no threats, little danger and even less to warrant such behavior by any of the characters. The world is actually extremely peaceful with absolutely no atmosphere of destruction anywhere.

That said, this is a pretty good shoujo story; colorful characters and well written. But thats about it. The originality of the concept and world is completely squandered on constant over the top, melodramatic scenes.

I've read up to the 1st chapter of the 3rd volume, and I was SO happy to see there are 10 volumes total.

So far, the art is beautiful but uneven in places, even taking into account variations for expressionism. The pace is a little off in places as well, but I'm still giving it a 10 because of the *masterful* realization of the author's unusual idea, to the point where I thought to myself, "Why didn't *I* think of that?" The story also consumed me to the point that I read all I could get my hands on last night in one go.

For me, these two points more than make up for any stumbles I saw in the beginning chapters. I can't wait for more!

The storyline is so fresh and original! And the manhwaga's drawing got so much better than her previous work. You will not be disappointed for reading this series. I'm not sure if it can be called shoujo, it appears to be a bit shonen, somewhere in the middle. The summary does not do justice for how wonderful this series really is.

I've read farther than what has been scanlated cause I've looked at the raw scans and trust me...it gets really really good. Spam Mail Hunter is so different than other stories. It has outstanding artwork. Seriously, just as good as bride of the water god. Well..almost Oh and for the bishie lovers out there, this is defiantly for you. I can see why it's shoujo since the romance but it can be a shounen with the action. There's a semi love triangle as well. The plot is really good, it's kept me wanting to read more. The storyline isn't something you've read before, it's unique. I find myself going to back to read it once an a while, that's how good it is.

Well, to sum up this manga, its bascially the world is overrun by junk mail which with the advancement of technology have become living but the r basically treated like low beings by the humans and hunted down by hunters, the main character, Baby, who is also junk mail, desires a name from her master (who is a playboy with women) but doesn't want to give her one so they make a bet... The story is fresh and the art is good for your standard manga and the characters gives off a level of interest in the story.

I'll give a rating when it goes further but all in all its a good read.
