chapter 8 - i expected to be deeply uncomfortable but oh my god and im scared because i know its going to get worse
chapter 9 - sangwoo is an evil motherfucker
chapter 16 - bro WHAT does jieun see in sangwoo that man is CHOPPED
chapter 25 - oh my god bruh free yoonbum, the grandma making excuses for the uncle, as if it would validate the abuse hes facing.
chapter 26 - and sangwoos genuinely a fucking loser i cant stand his ass, yoonbum just trauma dumped after HE ASKED HIM TO and thats how he reacts, i mean i guess he is like psychopath but he irritates me so muchhh
chapter 27 💌 - “youre becoming more and more like your father” i liked this chapter because i feel like i can understand both characters, after sitting with it for a while, i can see where sangwoo is coming from (excuse my crash out over the previous chapter), why his emotions are erratic (i literally forgot in the first chapter it mentions bpd) as we get to see bits and pieces of his childhood, and why he does the things he does. this is how he loves, learned from abusive parents, love is intertwined with fear for him. although with saying that, it does not excuse the way he treats yoonbum and his other victims.

chapter 32 - like why are the police questioning them while theyre sitting right next to each other bro.. uselesssssssss
chapter 37 💌 - “youre right, don’t trust me. itll only hurt you… over and over.”
chapter 38 - the comments on the site im reading talking about some “sangwoo is so hot” ………..im sorry? are we reading the same thing?? EEEEEYUCKKK
chapter 39 - loveee sangwoo centric chapters, his character is so interesting
chapter 46 - yoonbum remembering good moments with his uncle, because he blamed himself for his death but that man was disgusting and deserved it
chapter 51 - i HATE reading the smut chapters.. i think koogis intention was for bum to have a more feminine build but when next to sangwoo he literally looks like a child and it grosses me out, apart from the fact that hes also raping him.
chapter 53 - the cuts between yoonbum and sangwoo and sangwoos parents having sex is sick the mom is genuinely evil and fucking disgusting. kind of interpreted it as both sangwoo and his mom only having sex, in that moment at least, to prove a point.
chapter 54 - “i just didnt want to end up like him… the thick, powerful arms. and the thin, weak arms that could do nothing to oppose him.”
chapter 56 - oh my god
chapter 58 - hello??😭 her putting sangwoo in his place and leaving unscathed 😭😭 the face she made after he told her to run 😭😭😭😭
dont know how i feel about the ending tbh. i will say that i dont get why this manhwa has the reputation that it does, which is why it took me so long to start it, it is very disturbing, but thats like.. the point? i think koogi has written this with great care and so poignantly. i can understand hating it purely for the smut because it did seem excessive and was deeply uncomfortable to read.
