Description
"Should I tell you the truth?" Ever since a traumatic incident caused him to lose all of his childhood memories, Tae-jun has been haunted by terrifying hallucinations and nightmares. While apartment hunting one day, a hallucination leads him to Yeon-woo, a handsome man who recognizes him immediately. But after moving into Yeon-woo's spare room, Tae-jun begins to have recurring nightmares of bloody, disembodied hands groping him… As an unexpected attraction grows between the two men, will Tae-jun be able to uncover the hidden secrets of his past? Whoa what a ride! Great manhwa overall, with some minor flaws but they can easily be glossed over. I'm not the greatest fan of the drawing style, but it suits the subject matter very well, so a plus in this category too! While I agree with the other reviewers that this could have been psychologically more nuanced, as we don't really delve into the inner depths of seme and uke enough, but the story, the narrative, the mystery, the conclusion in the end. Freaking impressive! So much symbolism, and so much background context to relish in! And of course the atmosphere is pretty good, despite the overstly pastel, at first glance even slightly cheerful color palette. A definite must read!
One is an orphanage, other one with an abusing parents, both have potential to act crazy.
If you ignoring the supernatural parts, it's like two kids killed one abusing parents and find each other again after years to stay together.
Well loneliness and unfairness can make ppl crazy but those two crazy guys are lucky enough to find each other no wonder they never want to let go of each other and so ready to annihilated any obstacle on their way.
Imagine find someone as equally crazy as u who understands everything about u and u can share your deepest desires, disgusting/weirdest thought and wishes to them, I will never let go of him/her too tbh lol

for a horror bl, i was expecting more. i wasn't scared nor gripped by suspense. i was hoping this story that made me go "OH MY GOODDD" but all i felt was "oh, ok, sure." the climactic point of the story wasn't explained well. the romance was also... eh. although i understand why the two leads are together, i just wanted more unpacking of their true feelings and what that meant for them in the end. on another note, the art was wonderful!
The pacing was right and the sex scenes were really nicely drawn. I agree the the first reviewer.. the explanation for the supernatural was not that great.. I was hoping maybe it was more psychological.. but the supernatural elements actually existed and it's kinda like boom it's THIS and it doesn't have that much backstory on why it is.
I love the story, the plot, the drawing, but I'm not really fond of the supernatural explanation of how or why everything happens. Still, it's not too major of a thing for me to throw the whole story under a bus, so it's a 9/10 from me.
