Hi, I want to some manga with extraordinary story.

Here are ordinary story (that I'm sick with): weak character become stronger, enemies become allies, and such.

Now, I would like you people who have many reference in manga world to let me know about story that extraordinary.

What in my mind about extraordinary story:

  1. Main character are totally in a whole different level (like Alucard in Hellsing) but constantly weaker and weaker (may be like Vash in Trigun Maximum)
  2. Main character are insanely popular and have many friends but one by one of his/her friends become enemies. Surprisingly, it his/her best friend that actually caused it.

Note: Simply, the continuously weaken strong character have to struggle with all the continuously pile up enemies not knowing the archenemy is always by him/her.

Please don't include any shounen ai/shoujo ai/yaoi/yuri. If possible, don't include any love or romance. Hentai are forbidden.

If you have different idea about EXTRAORDINARY STORY just spit it out and let everyone know.

Maybe Classmate, Kamimura Yuuka wa Kou Itta. - protagonist thought the world is boring until...

...he found out that everyone (including himself) is a robot in some sort of Truman Show experiment.

Also:
Tokage no Ou - protagonist has a super power, but the catch is, it's completely useless. Still, he decides to bluff other people into believing that it's not...

Maybe they don't suit your tastes, so I apology, but extraordinary stories for me are:
Gunslinger Girl. I love everything about it. Can fit for 1 I think, the girls are getting weaker, some of them becomes even "useless".
Hakomari. It's a novel though, but it's amazing. Can kind of fit for 2, since some friends become enemies later on. Also what I found unique and fresh is that BIG SPOILER AHEAD don't read it if you ever consider to read the novel:

in volume 5 it's revealed that the main girl chose another character as first partner to work with in order to stop the anomaly of the time reset in volume 1, which I found quite peculiar. Obviously only her knew it, since only her retained the memories after the time reset, but in this kind of story usually the bond between main girl and main guy is never questioned like this.

I'd recommend Tower of God-- Even though the main character doesn't become weaker but it is still very fresh and unique.

The first scenario reminds me in part of Vinland saga and also Shut hell but both aren't gradual weaknesses, its more a life changing pivotal point....

The second scenario you put are similar to the plot of Shin angyo onshi (actually its first and second scenarios) and on a less ingenious scale but still not your average plot Hand x red.

Other than those scenarios you put, its difficult guessing what plots you'd find original, so I'll just go with ones that are clever or break the mould. Liar game is clever, then theres Soyonara Zetsubo Sensei and Jisatsutou which have depressive, suicidal protagonist. Though I recommend Jisatsutou more than sayonara, more serious, but better characters. Plus its got quite a unique life changing through learning natural abillities and not through gaining super powers. Holyland is also similar in this way, except its more about gaining self esteem through learning street fighting....Kisswood has an old protagonist, and unlike the whole weak character starts strong thing, its more about finding a way back to reality and finding himself.

Vampire Juujikai doesn't fit what you're looking for but its close enough for me to rec it to you.

Watashi no Messiah-sama
