Need Manga Recommendation, please?

Hi guys, I just finished Hakushaku to Yousei and I wanted read any shoujo manga like it. Fantasy genre and tried to solve cases which is related of fantasies world (you can say that, right?). I prefer shoujo but it's okay if it's shonen or Josei with lovely art. It would be good if it's in Victorian era, but isn't a necessity. Have a smart/strong female lead just like Lydia. But, no Yaoi/Yuri please 😀
So, any recommendation?

MAL recommendations:
Kamisama Hajimemashita: "Both have supernatural/fantasy elements, though in Kamisama, it's familiars and gods and stuff, while in Earl, it's fairies. Both are a great read, considering they have great art, and a not-so-typical storyline. They both have a bit of everything, and are sure to please."
Shinrei Tantei Yakumo: "Both have major characters who have unique eyes (or a single eye) that enable them to see supernatural creatures (ghosts in STY and fairies in HTY). They solve mysteries related to these creatures. Both have romantic elements (more subdued and relaxed in STY) and, like most detective type stories, they jump from case to case."
Vampire Game: "Both are to do with someone who is "wanted" and the female protagonist helps them with their search for something (In Vampire Game, it's Phelios' reincarnation, while in Hakushaku to Yousei, it's a legendary sword.) The main difference being that Ishtar wants to help, while Lydia wants to be paid to help. The character developments are well paced and each chapter makes you hunger for more. The art is also wonderful in both!"
Reimei no Arcana: "Main Themes: Fantasy & Romance. Both female leads are strong and surrounded by bisshies. A touch of mystery also included."
Kuroshitsuji: "Set in 19th century England, both have bishounen, some supernatural and magic element. Both are comedy with a little bit of action (in Kuroshitsuji there is much more)."
Seirei Gakusha Kidan Reikyou Kaden: "Both have as protagonist a fairy doctor. Both have romance."

I Second Kamisama Hajimemashita and Reimei no Arcana... I love Reimei no Arcana especially ><]
Here's my suggestions
set in England and its about cases etc.. Not really fantasy but they try to solve cases and all... It's a good read so you need to try this
Another good read... Not fantasy but they kind of solve cases...I can't really explain in my own words so just read the summary
Its shounen though... But the plot is interesting... About resurrection and all
I have nothing to say about this manga as its purely amazing!!!! The art is amazing too.. This s a must read!!!!
China Blue Jasmine 😕 I guess try it 😀

Recently, I've read some lovely mangas but most of them are not around the Victorian Era like Earl and Fairy but hopefully you'll like em.
Absolute Witch
A Kiss to the Prince This one might fit your description. The art is lovely.
Hana to Akuma
Mademoiselle Butterfly
Ten no Ryuu Chi no Sakura
Hanatsukihime
Sweety Gem
Sleeping Prince
Btw all of these are complete. Too tired to list more, but if you need more you can check out my complete list
