Strong Characters in Romance.

Ok, first one, (which i think doesnt exist lol)
Is there a decent manga with a male devil (or angel) (whos not pathetic) who falls for a human girl? not a oneshot.
Ive read a couple already, Like Akuma na Eros and Hanatsuki Hime, but if you have any suggestions.
(backup haha)
Or A manga where the (not pathetic or weak) guy falls for the girl, but the (not retardedly stupid) girl is less willing to fall in love, or doesnt realise it.
Example of that would be something like Kaichou wa Maid-sama!. etc.
i like strong characters, especially strong male characters, i hate the stupid shoujo girls who cant get to breakfast without crying if ya get me lol.
The best kinda manga would be where the boy is a strong character, and not a weed, and the girl is quite strong mentally or physically herself. Not wanting Yaoi or Yuri. But a good plot.
So any good, none retardedly dumb characters, romance manga, basically.

Anyway,
for the devil request: Akuma to Dolce and maybe Kurenai Ouji (dunno since I've never read this one, but kinda seems like one...?).
and for the strong female characters, I'd suggest: Warau Kanoko-sama and Watashi ni xx Shinasai!.

Hana ni Arashi a very strange couple; this kind of fits the "guy falls for the girl but she won't accept it immediately" request
Heart no Kuni no Alice no sign of romance yet but the most probable candidates are all strong characters and the heroine is very cool (mentally) as well

Running Through the City In the Sunset Guy is in love with the girl, but she rejects him due to the fact that he's younger than her. It's short, but sweet and one of my favorites.
Seduction More Beautiful Than Love A new teacher, Miss Jung has a student she particularily worries about. Ryu Min is the top student in the school, he's tall, smart, and handsome. Obviously a teacherxstudent romance.
Shounen:
Ann Cassandra Bekku Nanaki is mirror clairvoyant. There, she witnesses an accident on the road caused by a boy, who saves her from being crushed by a billboard. The boy happens to be her classmate, Banjou Kizaki, and together they try to stop their bad predictions from happening.
Josei:
Gokusen At first glance, this looks like the female version of GTO. However, Kumiko is the daughter of a Yakuza boss and must hide her background so she doesn't get fired from her first teaching job. Again, another teacherxstudent type thing, but the teacher is completely oblvious and the student is waiting till graduation. If you can deal with the irregular art, it improves as the story goes on and is totally worth it.

Suki-tte Ii na yo - only 4 and a half chapters scanned so far, it's really cute so far and I think it fits
Skip Beat - Ok the romance is secondary and not given huge focus at all, but she's entirely dense to the fact that he's in love with her. And she's in love with him but she seems to have it confused for... admiration...
Dengeki Daisy is another cute one, her constant companion is someone called Daisy who emails her through a phone her brother left her. She's fallen for him even though she's never met him. She ends up meeting and working for the school janitor (I can't remember why so I may need to reread this) anyway he starts to fall for her but she doesn't notice.

Yep The Demon Ororon is about the devil that falls in love with human/angel girl. I also recommend Immortal Rain and Kanata Kara, strong main characters with good character development. ^_^
