I haven't read any yaoi, but I've watched Gravitation and Princess Princess. I dunno...yaoi just...scares me. XD I don't mind when it's subtle and sweet, but I don't like anything getting too graphic... ^^;

Oh God, I've been into yaoi for 5+ years. I download releases daily and read close to all I download. So... way more than 400. Maybe 4,000? I don't know for sure but it's definitely in the thousands. 😃

I have high standards, the art has really got to impress me for me to read it. And I also have this habit of sticking to authors like a leech, and I have trouble deviating from them.

I can. Just by browsing through them I could see what it had
and what it did not have. Shonen ai is way better than yaoi.

Opposed to hentai, which have some of the most meaningful plots ever created by mankind. I'm surprised they haven't won any literary awards.

I'll admit, some yaoi scares me a little. Especially like Love Prism. I'll never recover from reading that.

i still think that you can't say that for all yaoi.. there are some good ones with good plots there.. it is just that they are a little hard to find

hmm, let me see...

usually I am trying to keep the track of all the manga's that I have read so I don't re download some older titles by accident. so according to my MU reading lists:

Yaoi = 667

and the rest are comedy and drama. 🤨

P.S: after reading all the posts here, there was one thing that I forgot to mention: ladies, gents Yaoi is not just about two guys having hardcore sex. there are lots and lots of beautiful stories with actual plot and lovely art which can touch your heart. yes, it is true that one of the aspects of Yaoi is porn but if you look around it more carefully you will see so many diamonds that you haven't seen before... so please, never say "Yaoi is just a crappy porn" since it breaks the hearts of fan girls like me and you know it is not nice to hurt a lady! 🤣
