Goku can destroy the earth in one blow, superman doesn't even have a chance to destroy one continent. First, no duh. Of course he's Superman inspired.

I don't see how they can even be compared...even though they are both aliens.
Look at the names, I mean superman is just as the name implies:
Super Man, he is nothing more then that. Goku on the other hand is a f$%#ing god or something. He died so many times I stoped counting, he fought dragons, aliens, robots, androids, gods and even what I think is some sort of bubblegum..
And not only that, Goku trained other people and has children( and being a father is sometimes harder then destroying a planet!).

So no, superman has no chance against Goku. What will superman do? The guy can hardly lift a plain... Goku sneezes and half the earth gets blown up...
