You could try Kamisama no Iutoori (Fujimira Akeji) if you don't mind a bit of gore - especially at the start-. Olympos is kind of different and not predictable, not that much happens anyway.
And I second Hotel.
I second/third:
Onani Master Kurosawa - I've yet to see this plot concept in any other manga I've read, and the characters are unique as well.
Cheese in the Trap - This is the first and only time I've seen such a realistic college life manga that is actually interesting, not boring at all. The protagonist is also pleasantly un-cliche.
Ageha wo Ou Monotachi - Unique art, characters, and plot.

Arigatou It's definitely different, and if your heart is black it may even be a little funny at times.
Junk - Record of the Last Hero
Appleseed

I always found Hotel to be interesting, and Qualia the purple to be different.

"I'm tired of all the nonsense about beauty being only skin-deep. That's deep enough. What else do you want; an adorable pancreas?" - Jean Kerr
When I said 'death' before 'dishonor', I meant alphabetically.
Imagine what would happen if there were no more hypothetical situations.

My recommendations are Immortal Rain and Shinigamihime no Saikon.
