co-sign on both of these......and i'm gonna add Ippo as well, being a monster in the ring, having that monster physique, jugging 3 different girls, and on top of all that being hung like a elephant on steroids......i'd say he definitly qualifys, which makes 3 characters from Hajime no Ippo being GAR.......so is it the not most GAR manga ever?
i got a few more....... Kenshins Master from Rurouni Kenshin, Greed from Fullmetal Alchemist, and Yoshimori's brother from Kekkaishi.......

Jin-Ho Myung- Unbalance x Unbalance - might seem out of place, but for a romance manga lead, he is a badass. he beats down annoying chicks (huge plus in my book) and pins down the woman he wants. BALLER status

Now that I think about it, Hosaka from Minami-ké is pretty GAR too. I feel bad for him not getting Haruka though~
