Why would I say he is one of my greatest heroes in life if I didn't read that book (IMO, one of the most important books written in the last 200 years, along with Mill's On Liberty and a few others)?

i dont know about GAR but....... i 2nd Golgo, Guts, Musashi, Kurouno, Sendo, Kamina, and Sousuke
and i'll add Cobra from Space Adventure Cobra.....anyone who has neither read of nor watched the adventures of the Cobra man himself needs to get familiar real quick.....easily top 3 most manly character of all time.....not only does he kill aliens, but he also bags bad alien broads too.......not to mention smoking space cigars,...definitly in the manly hall of fame
and here's 2 more i'm suprised haven't been named...... Spike from Cowboy Bebop and Mugen from Samurai Champloo......and i dont think neither need any explanation
