It certainly exists in the latter. but if you're talking about a not-just-sex type story, then I can only think of a couple.

One I can remember is a crack-filled oneshot by Saika Kunieda, "A Chance Encounter in the Cosmos" from Bannin. Great fun.

There are probably some 'bara'-type stories too. (<Not a huge fan of hairy muscles) 😉

You should probably check out Naono Bohra. She might have a few that actually fit what you want. But mostly its the uke thats older or unattractive. Aitsu no Daihonmei sorta fits..but its the uke who's considered ugly.

I totally second Whatever's rec of Naono Bohra. Not just her original manga, but even her doujinshis might appeal to you, like the Night Owls series for Initial D, which has a MUCH older, plain seme with a teen who is the same age as the seme's son. Wrong in so many ways, lol. I haven't even read or seen Initial D, but I still really got into this doujinshi...

Kunieda Saika's Like as the Time Will Come When It Will Rain has a GORGEOUS main story that you will love... Older, scruffy, scarred bad guy and an almost intolerably sweet, sexy boy. (Omg help me, StarlightDreams... I'm sounding like a shota-complex again!)

Summertime Memory by the same mangaka is also a beautiful story with a scruffy older man whose sex habits are nothing but shameless, and a very innocent young boy who's looking for his mother. A mother who was once in love with this same scruffy man, who is now having sex with her son. Again, wrong in so many ways...

The above stories can still be considered sweet or bittersweet love stories, despite being kind of dubious! But all my following recs are of the "just plain wrong" variety, not just the "wrong but oh-so-right" variety.

Nakamura Asumiko has a horrifying-yet-brilliant story of sexual abuse and incest in J no Subete, where an androgynous boy is raped by his father (although he continues to believe that he "seduced" his father, as many abused children do). The father is... really hairy and ugly, but the boy loves him a lot and thinks of him as the center of his world... Eeep. I don't think this might be the kind of thing you're looking for, but this mangaka is a GENIUS, so don't miss it anyway - it's a masterful psychological tale.

Another twisted incestuous story that is also a masterpiece happens to be A Cruel God Reigns. Again, there is an ugly older man who is something of a psychopath, and who ruthlessly preys on his helpless new stepson... This is NOT smut or glossed-over eye-candy, though - be warned. It is a very serious tale of harrowing abuse unlike anything you could even imagine, and the boy kind of becomes - seriously disturbed - after being exposed to all that... This is still a brilliant and amazing story, though - possibly the greatest BL manga of all time, or at least I think so. The art and the script are both of award-winning standard. Very, very deep - the kind of manga you can re-read when you're 60 years old and STILL think it's deep, even after all that life experience. Yeah.

Banana Fish has one of the main leads going through a similar sexual history of abuse at the hands of his "Papa," a mafia boss... He's a beautiful boy and this was one of the ways in which he survived on the streets. This is also an AMAZING epic that no reader of BL should miss.
