Aren't English and American basicly the same. If not English counts as tons of languages.

English isn't the same as American *Sign* Language - English is spoken & written, ASL is signed with the hands - mostly used by deaf people.

Haha, I don't think we have a phrase for how review helps in studying... at least none that readily comes to mind. We just say that review is important or good for us =/

@xShatteredSoulx I thought we already had stuff like that, like chinatown, little korea, greektown, j-town, and stuff and such? Or am I not understanding what you meant?

You're sort of getting it, but instead of small locations being dedicated to different places, I'm talking about the entire country being that way.

I answered two, but that's not exactly true x.x... Besides English, I'm semi-fluent in Japanese (with speaking, anyway...writing I'm decent), I speak some French, some Mandarin Chinese (though I don't really remember much), very little Polish, and very little Spanish.

I figured, if you add the semi-fluent Japanese with the rest of them, it's only fair for me to put 2 languages, right? Because technically I speak more than one but I don't speak the others fluently............ I'm not making sense, haha, but that's okay!

For Shattered... Some Polish words......... Babcia (Bahb-chah), which means Grandma, is only to be used when you're talking about your grandmother, not when you're talking to her - that's Babciu (not sure on the spelling here; pronounced Bahb-choo).

Dziadzia (I think that's the right spelling, haha; pronounced almost like Jah-jah, but you can hear the d and the z...it's hard to explain), means Grandpa. I'm not sure if it's only supposed to be used when you're talking about him and not to him, as well...? I always called him Dziadzia when he was alive, so I dunno.

Nastrovia (Nah-stroh-vee-ah, with the vee only a very short 'e' sound, kind of blending together with the ah) means 'To your health!' It's said a lot when starting meals and making toasts. My grandmother and I say it before we drink wine, haha.

Dzien dobry (djehn doe-bree; I don't know how else to explain the dz sound...) basically means hello, though I think it also kind of means 'how are you'... I'm not sure.

Layhe would know, she speaks fluently~~~ Please fix all my naive mistakes~~~

EDIT: For nastrovia, it's almost like nah-stroh-vya, if that makes it any easier.
