Most of the works I've read is either uke point of view or just a third person overall point of view. It'd be great if you guys could recommend seme-focused point of view series, especially during the sex scenes lol. Thanks!

You make a really good point. I would really like to see more seme POV, however, I can't think of any series that is solely from the seme's POV. I feel like the ones that do feature it, it's only a few chapters in an otherwise mainly uke dominated story. In any case, we should start to make a category tag for this (e.g. seme's POV or seme main lead) lol.

The only manga that really stands out in my mind right now is Zankoku na Kami ga Shihaisuru, which features the seme's POV in the latter half.

I also prefer reading from the seme's POV, they're generally the one's I like more and keep a mental note of. 😀
According to memory, if I'm not mistaken, these are all from the seme's POV:

Count 0
Junketsu Drop
Yubisaki de Ai o Katare
Kimi to Parade
Challengers
Hana wa Saku ka
Soredemo, Yasashii Koi o Suru - The majority, I think, of this is from the seme's point of view.
Sono Te no Netsu wo Kasanete
Spell
Ano Kado wo Magatta Tokoro
Not Equal
Takaramono wa Hako no Naka - For this one, it may seem unexpected but it's definitely the seme's POV.
Junjou Romantica - Only the 'Junjou Terrorist' couple.

Those are all I can remember for now, unfortunately, but anyone could correct me if I wrong.

It's been a while since I've read most of these titles, but I believe that they (at least somewhat) fit the requested criteria.

Leopard Hakusho (second couple) by Ougi Yuzuha
≠ - Not Equal (deserves a second mention) by Ike Reibun
Bi no Isu (main story) by Ike Reibun
Aiso Tsukashi (first half) by Yamada Yugi
1-en no Otoko (title story) by Monden Akiko
Limiter (main story) by Monden Akiko
Bokura wo Shihaisuru Kotoba by Fuwa Shinri
Kayashimashi no Yuuga na Seikatsu (majority of first volume) by Mamahara Ellie
Bitter - Kare no Hisoyaka na Seppun by Minami Haruka
Pet Keiyaku (first and third stories) by Zariya Ranmaru
Twin's Labyrinth (second couple) by Akira Norikazu
Mask (main story) by Minami Megumu
Zion no Koeda (majority of main story) by Inariya Fusanosuke

If others come to mind, I will probably just edit this post to add them, here.

Also, this thread might contain more suggestions if you don't mind an occasional switch in POV.

Yaoi mangas with seme's pov sure are rare. I had some difficulties to recall the titles.
Note that it might be not the entire chapters are from seme's pov, but MAINLY, i guess:

Free Punch
Koisuru Boukun
Junketsu Drop
Hito ni Ienai Aidagara
Mazu wa Ubaiai! Both of the mains are seme-type, so there's no actual 'seme pov'.
Not Equal
Sojou no Koi wa Nido Haneru
Reply from NightS. Just some parts, though. But it's good.

Please correct me if there are any mistakes. 😳
