Quote from greenbeach4

in the anime code geass (not sure if it happened in the manga)

When Euphemia goes crazy and dies. Also when Lelouch gets stabbed and Nunally is crying over her brother's body while everybody else is cheering. 😢

second this.

when all lelouch's plan reveal in the last episode, the backsong just made it sadder,

I cant stop crying for hours...

and in Naruto

when Itachi died, and all his kindness reveal...

gave me bad mood for whole week, I read it in class and caused a ruckus coz suddenly I cried.

I think nearly every scene in Deep Love: Pao's story was heartbreaking.

As well as the ones in Immortal Rain.

Most of the scenes in threads of time were heartbreaking.

Like the murder of moon-bin's mother and father and the rape of chung war

-When the truth is revealed about strauss in Vampire Juujaki
-The ending of code geass
-Some parts of the Chimera arc in Hunter X Hunter
-Itachi's story in Naruto
-Scenes from Shounen Zanzou

All those moments made me tear up

In the anime of Naruto, on the finale of the six-tailed filler. I mean, I forgot about the real situation of the tailed beast and when it happened...I cried, because it was so sad and unexpected. I really was hoping for the happy ending and all and then reality hits. 😔

The ending of the manga Elfen Lied (heard the anime ends differently). It was so emotional with the song, the battle and what we knew was happening to her. 😢

Clannad, Kanon and Air made me bawl (when I was 14! I blame the immaturity [ahaha, right]).

Aria's ending made me die inside..

It's already been said, but the scenes in Fruits Basket telling Hatori's and Momiji's stories. Every time. Also, fans will know what I mean when I say "riceball!", but those tears are good ones.

Angel Sanctuary - lots of thing here, but especially when Sara

goes back for the girl who took her place and the girl is still waiting. 😢

God Child - again, lots of touching and/or sad parts, I'll single out from Butterfly Bones

the boy Cain tried to save from his father's influence but couldn't.

Bleach - I can't believe I'm writing this, it's Bleach after all, but the episode where Orihime

had one night to say "goodbye" to one person, and told the sleeping Ichigo that if she had five lifetimes, no matter what she did in each, she'd love him again.

Similar moment in my guilty pleasure Katekyou Hitman Reborn!, but in a happy way, when Hana

tells the time-travelling Kyoko that whether she's an old granny or a little baby, she'll always be her friend

2nd one shot of Saihate no Kimi e

When he disappears (kinda dies) and hugs her for once in their whole lives together

Actually most of Midorikaw Yuki's makes my heart ache. She sure knows her stuff.

There are a couple scenes I found 'heartbreaking':

When Nina was revealed to have been turned into a chimera by her dad in FMA

In Phantom Dream when the kid that commited suicide had to be killed again
