MOST HEARTBREAKING SCENES

The most heartbreaking manga I read was NANA, you can actually find many terrible scenes were the MCs suffer like nobody else does in the world; but there is this climax, turning point or whatever which leaves you at the ends of the abyss:
when Ren dies, and what happens to Nana after that. That is central to the story of course but it also leaves you being soo miserable you can hardly bear it..

When his brother dies, so damn sad
When the girl dies, another sad one :( I only watched the anime but it was still pretty sad, and it happens at the start

The last few episodes of Code Geass R2, especiall Nunnally's scream (Japanese version). It makes me sob like a baby.
Dengeki Daisy- The Arc about Daisy's past and what happened with the MC's brother. I felt so bad for Kurosaki and wanted to hug him.
Hajimari no Niina- pretty much the whole premise of the story.
Hal (AYASE Umi)- The ending...
Hatsu Koi, Yoru ni Tokeru- The ending... I cried like a baby and it actually hurt.
Hitsuji ga Ippiki- The ending again. ( I think I have a thing for brother characters...)
Rec - Kimi ga Naita Hi- Ohhhh godddd, the ending for this as well.
Fruits Basket- Pretty much every characters story made me cry. I think volume 12-14, 16, 17, and 19 were the ones that made me cry the most. Yuki's past, Kyoko's past, Rin/Haru's past, and poor poor Akito. I actually really felt bad for her.

The endings of the first FMA anime series and cowboy bebop made tear up. Some Gintama stories and arcs are sad.
DBZ
When Vegeta dies on Namek and when sacrificing himself to kill Buu.
His whole past such as his mom trying to kill him as a child or when his father takes the mom's side. Even when he's older and his family has a new child, and the child is treated well while he is ignored.

This.
It's really amazing how adachi-sensei made me feel so close to the character in just a few chapters that it made me cry when she died TT.TT

Gakuen Alice
The whole flashback arc. I knew I would cry and I did many times because I knew how it would end. Worse yet, Mikan's mother dies right after Mikan finally stops hating her.
Orange (Takano Ichigo)
Reading that the reason why Kakeru isn't around ten years later in the future is because he committed suicide. Or Suwa giving letters to his younger self to save Kakeru, knowing that it may destroy the present where he ends up w/ Naho and younger Suwa following his older self's pleas.
Shinsekai Yori
Shun dying and him and Saki never getting the chance to be together. The most tragic part about it was that the fact that he accepted it and it really was for the best.
Sundome, kinda ecchi..
it was a very heartbreaking moment when Kurumi died in the finale.
another heartbreaking moment when Vivi and his offsprings visit the grave of Hana(our heroine).. Just means that Hana never became a demon and she died earlier than her son and daughter..
finale, when Karin forgets all about being a vampire and her family, even though her imouto still loves her so much and watches over her, she can't even remember her.
