Ahh.. Continuing with this makes it seem like I'm stubborn.. I can't stop though..

I am looking at it from all sides though.. I just don't think the people that claim natural selection are. I mean he could've been just downright dumb or delusional. He could've thought he could breathe through sand or maybe even figured he could tunnel down to china or something. And in that case then yes.. He was one of the dumbest or the most delusional kids in the world. But what if he was the top of his class and saved and protected kids regularly.. And he just happened to make a few false assumptions about the situation. Maybe his friends did that with the intention to hurt or scare him and it went wrong. Maybe they did it with full intent to murder. Basically what I'm saying this time is that even looking at it from all the sides we have available.. It's all circumstancial.. Saying he deserved to die is an outcome of the worst possible situation, he was a very dumb kid. But he could've been a saint who didn't deserve anything like that outcome. The only ones who can say if it was Natural Selection would be one of the kids that knew him personally.. And was also there when it happened.

yeah, i agree with you but still don´t like the term "natural selection".

I agree with you that to have a strong mind is what is needed to survive in society, but that is not "natural selection", maybe you can apply the therm using an analogy, or say "that is like natural selection" but in society and when we talk about mentality. Still i understand your position and quite agree with you (except when talking about "natural selection")

that's really sad, I didn't know he died 🙁 I can't imagine what his family is going through.

Also, I think most of you'll are horrible. I don't think he's stupid, everyone makes mistakes. Little kids are adventurous I remember my friends would jump off the top of things (like swing sets/slides what have you) and while we didn't get terribly hurt we could of.

Honestly I think burying yourself in sand so that you can't breathe is a little far. I made have done some thing that were really stupid when I was ten, but nothing that dumb.

in other news, 11 year old American boy learns arms are not made of rubber like in one piece. his friends say that they were just imitating a cartoon when they ripped off his arms, and were surprised when blood started spurting out. because they did not learn about blood from the dub, the boy died of blood loss.

in all seriousness, not the animes fault, just a combination of a dumb kid with dumb friends who was born to dumb parents, but i still pity them all.

also Marmot's murder theory, while perhaps not murder, i could see an incident of bullying gone out of hand and naruto scapegoating for it. kids lie all the time to get out of trouble, why not then?

I find it very funny how everybody is discussing if Cody was very stupid or just young and naive because he killed himself.

When the fact is that he didn't kill himself the other 5 kids killed him.

He couldn't have buried himself alive, the other kids did it.

Now, I don't know if the kids really wanted to murder him, or if it really was a very stupid (or young and naive) accident. But the fact is that those kids killed him.

USA is a country where young teens massacre their classmates with firearms, this didn't happened only one time, we all have know of several cases.

Why is so hard for everybody to say: "5 kids killed a playmate", instead of "A kid got himself killed while playing Naruto"
