i am lookin for mangas of hentai genre....lol jk

but im lookin for comedy w/ romance mangas- seriously it should be funny
it should hav decent to good plots like Fruit Basket, I"s, Ichigo 100, etc...
im lookin for somethin to pass time wit laughs...not too much drama.

i'd like perfer completed mangas w/ completed scanlated....ya'll can see my reading/wish list for wat kind of mangas i read and like.

Milk Crown --> if you don't mind a little nonsense, that's my first choice. It's terribly funny. Only pity it's that the third serie is not still scanlated 🙁
DearS -> second choice. Much better than the anime.
Genshiken -> romance start only later, but it's a must read for any otaku
Full Metal Panic -> it mixes comedy/action and only little romance, but it's really funny
Video Girl Ai -> if you like I''s (but it's not as good as I''s imho)
Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou -> worth a try
Vampire Game -> main heroine is funny
Ranma 1/2 -> a classic
Good Luck -> nothing special, but not bad if you don't expect so much.
Suzuka -> I'm not very fond of it, but many like it

These are all the ones I can come up who are funny and a light read. I think something could be good 'cause from your list our tastes are similar (you gave 10 to Mahoraba, one of my fav! 😉)

As I already said romance in Genshiken starts only in the second part of the story. There is a lot of character introduction before and you probably can appreciate the jokes only if you're an otaku.
I'm not a fan of Rumiko Takahashi too. I only put that 'cause is a true classic (at least in my country it's one of the few manga I can speak about with people who don't read them - it has been broadcasted for a long time).
Another title you could check that comes to my mind now is Kimagure Orange Road

If I could have a penny for each time Yamato said "Why Asahina is angry with me?" I'll be millionaire. Anyway if you want to read a good track and field manga you should definitely stick with D-Ash. But it's not lighthearted.
