Out of this list, the * marks ones that I found more enjoyable despite everything

*Qualia the Purple - Girl explores endless universes to save another girl, deals with sci-fi and can get angsty. There is some blood and dismemberment. There is a tragedy tag.
Mugen no Minamo ni - Immortals. If memory serves it can get gory with the whole "contract killer" deal. So there is a horror tag.
*Nightmare After School - a supernatural oneshot with some gore
*Alien from Yuri - is a cute oneshot

You probably want something with supernatural elements and lack of gore...
*Flag Time is a everyday setting with a protagonist who can stop time for three minutes. Her relationship with the other female lead isn't as sweet as say Forever Girls, it's more sexual...a lot more.
*Yamanko! - romantic interest is a a yamanko, so a cat girl. The mc is a girl...although it's misleading in the first chapter. A light comedy
Another Kiss - Vampire girl lives with regular girl
*A Divine Love Alone - easygoing manga, goddess lives with a regular girl
Mondlicht - Vampire woman and vampire huntress, ecchi, subtextual
*Himegami - monsters, sword fights, ecchi, swordswoman
*Stray Little Devil - Little Devil Girl and an Angel, comedy
And I shall always miss *Gurenki 🙁
