I was hooked to romance shounen about real life (without fantasy, supernatural... stuffs) which often is about a guy try to confess his love. I prefer harem and ecchi 😛 . There are manga I have read, also recommend for anybody like this knid of manga

ai yori aoshi manga - seinen, not as good as ichigo 100, not really a good one
midori days manga - with supernatural fantasy stuff but well, still a good one
kimikiss pure rouge - anime, epic OUCH!
kimi ga nozomu eien - anime, very popular tearjerker
