I feel like this is kinda niche, but there has to be more out there right?? anyways, I'm looking for some more psychological drama coming of age manga series. romance is ok! LGBT is a big big plus tho

it doesn't have be those exact genres, but anything that's a little psychological with an emphasis on character growth or change or self-discovery or contemplative is good. drama is a real big plus! real world settings preferred, but something that isn't cliche fantasy or sci-fi or anything like that is alright!

If you liked Aku no Hana, try Inside Mari from the same author. It's not exactly a coming of age, but touches on the themes you mentioned.

Jumyou wo Kaitotte Moratta. Ichinen ni Tsuki, Ichimanen de. is a manga adaptation of Mikkakan no Koufuku (Novel). It is fairly good, but the original is even better, so I would still recommend to read the novel.
