Chp 99 leaves way too many loose ends, I don't see why it wouldn't be continued in some other way. I'll give it 2 years...

rushed ending in two chapters wasn't that bad, and it leaves it open so it can be continued, maybe.

I think it's a loose end, so that it can be continued some other time.
as an ending though, it seemed spur of the moment and rather rushed

Hm... well "Mahou x Zero" is ever. But i have hopes it continues somewhere or as tankoubon´under a different name. After all it left several things open, and since Kuzumi now learns/knows real magic, it wouldn't be "x0" anymore o__o" Maybe not now. And maybe not even in Jump. But the end screams "to be continued" o.o

Me I truly enjoyed reading this manga and i dont understand why they would want to end it. My friend in japan says she and her friends loved this manga its so different from the usual harem/ecchi manga.

Wow. That last chapter was less fulfilling than the last one in Pretty Face. Hell, it didn't even feel like an ending at all. More like a rushed setup for a sequel.

I don't think it's going to be continued as another series. I thought they cancled the series because it wasn't that popular and imho nobody will publish an unpopular series.
But well, I liked Mx0 too, so lets hope for the best.

mx0 was actually pretty popular it was top 10 seller in volumes every time a volume came out

also what new work is the mangaka working on? if hes not working on anything what could he be doing?

he cant make a living off not drawing so... if he has a new series then mx0 wont continue mostlikely

My guess is that the artist pushed out the filler chapter to buy time needed to figure out how to end the series. Though I imagine the most we'll see in terms of extras is a oneshot or two, I hope a short sequel the length of a tankobon will be put out. There really is too much potential/loose ends left in this series.

WHAT KIND OF ENDING IS THIS!!!!!! sorry for the cap but I am so pissed. The romance is a failure, the main character's pursuit of magic was never realized. This is like his Pretty Face, which rushed to a bs ending in just a few chapters. am not reading his manga anymore. High hopes and high disappointments. 🤢 🤢
