I don't mind lurkers. And I am a spam monkey. All I'm saying is the forum is boring if 90% of the traffic is intros and I'm Looking For's that cover the same thing (i.e. 'i need a yaoi, I need an ecchi, i need a blah blah blah) that's been done a million times. You give yourself too little credit. The posts I've seen from you all followed the dialogue so they don't register as spam. Rants occasionally but at least it's content.

As for the looking for stuff, I figure since it doesn't usually spill over into the other sub-forums it isn't much of a concern. The live threads are easy enough to find once you get used to ignoring intros and please help me threads. Then again, I'm a bit on the antisocial side so my adaptation to the current situation isn't for everyone. 😀

As for the I'm looking for complaint. We could be dbags and do it like Evil Empire.

Most people who post in such threads are people who don't know much about how to search for them. they just find the easy way out by asking people. Sometimes they are just tad lazy. I used to be one of em .>.>

You've been here for a long time, so you've already noticed the similarities in the threads. But the ones who are only a member since a day aren't as familiar with the forums as you. 😮

Therefore they can't usually use it to its optimal use, like searching the threads for a similar "I'm looking for..." threads.

Though I do agree with, what's the point in making an 'Introduction' thread when you already know beforehand that you aren't going to post again anyways. Now that's a waste of space, and a waste of our time for giving such a nice welcome to the person that consist of mainly one-word or generic posts. 😛
