I'm looking for shoujo manga with extremely beautiful (and thus popular) protagonist
One example is Suiren/Takane from Hibi Chouchou
Preferably the manga artwork also clean like that, not too sparky like ancient shoujo manga
oh, also expressionless protagonist would be better too

Yurara's other 'self' is a beautiful cool-type heroine.
Devil and her Love Song (if you haven't read it already) is also beautiful and emotionless, but she's not exactly popular 🤨

I don't usually read shoujo because many of them are hit and miss
but since shounen's romance usually so crappy thus i seek shoujo's
i avoid the stereotypical shoujo's artwork though, like flowery and sparky panels

i'll recommend Family Complex since it's about a regular boy dealing with his BEAUTIFUL family XD after the main chapter each chapter deals with each family member and their drama with their beauty. it's great fun.

The main character Suzume Yosano (nickname: "ChunChun") from Yamamori Mika's Hirunaka no Ryuusei ought to fit your requirements perfectly. Her unique combination of natural beauty and strange demeanor - she compensates for her lack of facial expression by using weird gazes and hilarious actions on others - make our cute, little country bumpkin a more than enjoyable female lead.

Have you tried other works by YAMAKAWA Aiji, e.g. Haru from Yajirobee? They give off a vibe similar to Hirunaka no Ryuusei and Hibi Chouchou.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Oboreru Knife. It is undoubtedly one of the best in its genre and the art is gorgeous (especially the flowers)
