the guy with a huge dong isn't the main character though,

EDIT: **Found it!!! ** It's Masuraou by Sakamoto Shinichi. Unfortunately it has not been translated into English T.T

Edit: I just read all of Masuraou and redid it´s page while doing so cuZ of the talented author and curiosity and it´s a harmless action series about street fighting amongst (friendly) high school delinquents and barely ecchi as only a few naked buts (of men) are show. He also lifts a teakettle with his dick but that is no flipped table. It also has no ending (to the romance too) and should have run in a shonen magazine. 6/10 It´s kind of like a pointless Angel Densetsu with very good art. His Innocent (SAKAMOTO Shinichi) + Kokou no Hito are better.
