That's exactly what I mean when I have different expectations of guys and gals when it comes to gaming. 😮

Gals will never fully understand or have an appreciation for gaming like a guy. They won't. They can't. You're wired completely different than we are. To you, it's wasting four days because you have a life to live. To us, it's getting away from our lives for four days.

my personal opinion

most girl play game for fun as far as I know, I played with my bro's gf sometimes.
however most male play to win (I'm not an exception), lose isn't fun for males >.>"

I consider myself good at games, probably PC more then any of the others. Im best at RPG but first person shooter comes in second. what I come in lowest with is arcade style.

the stereotype is wrong

girls play games but not all genres, 4 years ago when I still playing RO, more than 40% of the members of my guild are girls, some are playing male character, and some male players play female character it was kinda funny, I played male priest back there ^_^.

the genres which I mention is fighting games and fps, I think there're not so many girls who play this genre. I could write notation (something like this ex:Testament GGXXAC, 2k,5s,5hs,4123sFRC66,p,s,jk,js,jc,jhs,jd,214p) about variation of mix up and air combo for days, which is I highly doubt that any girl would go that far just to play a game. But for me just playing fighting game like Tekken, Guilty Gear without understanding the depth of the gameplay is boring, trying, training, and thinking about more variation, mix up and combos is fun ^^.

Depends, girls are not bad at video games, studies show that girls can be as good as any guy, BUT is a fact that males care more about them.

Males respond with greater emotion when they lose or win, and thus care and get more exited over gaming (and practice a LOT MORE), girls play games as nothing more than games (most of them) and that is why you don't see many girls dying because they played a morpg till dead.

and there is nothing wrong with guys that play till dead, is called cleaning the gene pool and the survival of the smartest 😃

I don't care whether it's a girl or guy playing a game.
I don't really play games because my computer is extremely slow and I don't have any video games or anything. But when I do, I get addicted and won't stop till I beat the whole game haha.
I'm pretty good at fighting games, I ruled Street Fighter.
