I'm surprised that nobody mentioned R+VII the girls sometimes are drawn beautifully
anyway on another kind of taste Maken-Ki and Sunken-Rock 😃
oh and the femals of Change123 arn't only good lookin they got character too 🤣
Hatsukoi limited and less but have to be mentioned ichigo100% and any series Kawashita will draw in the futur

There's a lot of good manga that you said that I think like you, but no one said : one piece ? Did you see the new Nami and Robin ? God ! The old Nami was good, but now that she is a woman ... WOW ! And it's not only those two in that manga ! There a lot of good looking girl !

Veritas and anything by Oh! Great.
Veritas has a better plot than anything Oh! Great has done, but if we base it just on the women... Great has a lot more practice from all his hentai.

Well... Most of the harem/ecchi mangas have HEAPS of 'good looking' female characters...
Personally, I like The World God Only Knows female characters and the female ones from Hayate The Combat Butler.
I second One Piece... Suzuka-Chan, shouldn't you use spoilers?Zzzz... Ok, maybe not.
Um... And I also agree with the person who said Fairy Tail... The tag it had was originally ecchi (on Mangafox...Though in MU, it still is) so the girls should look good =.=

Also, I think Superior's female characters look quite pretty...
Everything depends on personal preferences though...

My favorite female character is Urabe Mikoto from Mysterious Girlfriend X but that's just one girl.
As for the best collection, I'm gonna go with The World God Only Knows.
I just have something for cute, short hair on a girl.

To Love-Ru and all the other character designs by Yabuki Kentaro. I just find them so appealing~
Hatsukoi Limited and the authors other works after the year 2000! Although the works back then were still very nice, the artwork is super cute right now! (in my opinion!)
