I looked through the forum but I haven't really found anything that I want to read yet.
The three I really liked were Basara, Saver, and Tokyo Crazy Paradise.
I'm looking for a shoujo with a strong female lead (please no more crying!! or at least less...).
NEEDS good plot, good art would be a plus but not necessary.
It would be great if the series was fully scanlated or if not, at least completed released in its own country. Thanks

Sora Wa Akai Kawa no Hotori - very recommended
Akagami no Shirayuki-hime - she's strong on her way
7 Seeds - I haven't finished yet, but I quite like it.

Uhm~ I guess, there are people that heaven't read your examples yet. That's why - Is it possible to be a bit more clear, in which area the protagonist should be strong? Like, being strong-willed or rather emotional stable and kind of calm? Or, having a strong point, like being a great support to her friends? Etc. ^^;

Hmm, I didn't mean emotionally stable. I don't mind the occasional tear and I actually like angry outbursts. I meant that the female should be strong-willed and independent. She shouldn't be a wimpy girl who relies on others all the time. She should be able to fight for herself, whether physically or verbally. Shoujos with weak females that can't stand up for themselves irritate the heck out of me, arrgh :@ The three I listed were my favorite but here are some others that I thought were okay.
Sayonara Football (shounen actually)
Superior
Superior Cross
Purikyuu
Otokomae! Beads Club
Ouran High School Host Club

Fly High - She's really funny and strong
Hana no kishi - She's pretty cool
Love Sick - Just love her, She's pretty strong and independent
Immortal Rain - She's actually an assassin.
Penguin Revolution - This has nothing to do with penguins lol, but the female lead is so cute, yet she is REALLY strong physically and pretty strong mentally. Totally not annoying.
The Kidnapping of Minja Jo's Boyfriend - She's a gangster, which means she's obviously strong.
Sonnan ja nee yo - She is quite beautiful, and she's cool when she gets serious, yes she's strong.
Hana ni arashi - The artwork is beautiful, The female lead isn't annoying and she's strong. Also try other works by the author (Takagi Shigeyoshi), none of her leads are annoying.

All of these works have nice art, since i'm pretty picky with art. 🤣

Kawai from Akuma to Love Song is definitely strong.
Have you read Akatsuki no Yona? Well, she starts as weak but then gets strong later on.

Strange, I'm pretty sure I saw some threads with similar requests floating around. I even came across one giving the same manga examples: Strong Female Lead.

Anyway, if you're fine with romance elements, check out this post of mine; it ought to give you some ideas on where to find strong-willed heroines:

specifics

Try these:

BLACK CAT (LOVE_HEI MAO) Manhua- a weak but determined heroin that aim to be strong. The hero is his husband and the strongest as well the bastard in the story.
The Prince's Cactus by Xu Ci- Strong, bold and intelligent heroin. The hero is prince-like.

The art isn't much to look at, but if you can stand it - Gokusen might be a good read for you. It's a gangster manga, though pretty funny.

I recommend Angel Beats-Knocking on Heaven´s Door. The manga is very different from the anime. It´s far more focused on Yurippe who is an immensely strong female character.
