it depends. I read both Yaoi and Yuri. but I am not a hardcore fan of either of these genres. mostly the quality of the art and beauty of the story attract me more than being Yaoi or Yuri. however any time I am reading Yuri, I wish there was ... you know, more sex into it (yeah I am a pervert! lol! 😛 🤣 ). in comparison with Yuri, Yaoi is more exciting in story plot and sex scenes, thats why my Yaoi collection is getting bigger and bigger every day! 🤣

😕 obviously MOST girls will go for yaoi, and guys for yuri. though its not really fair, there's tons of yaoi manga and doujins floating around, but the same cant be said for yuri (like 1 yuri scanlation per week...). i'm tired of series where its 1 uninteresting/nice guy surrounded by 10 girls who love him for shallow reasons. now if we could take that 1 guy, and replace him with a girl, then at least we have a hot story cough cough strawberry panic cough (><)~!
Fansubs and Scanslations are the best! But when official releases come out, support the anime industry by purchasing your favorite series! (Geneon -R.I.P, Central Media Park - get well soon, ADV Manga - you're back from the dead?!)

I preferrably don't like either...Though i'd much rather have yuri.
Even though I've read some hardcore yaoi... And enjoyed it...x3...

i dont really see why people like yuri so much, it does'nt really seem that apealing, and like others have said, theres not much they can really do...
it's not just yuri, i'm not so into the hentai thing in general. But if I had to chose then i'd still prefer hot lesbians. The L Word on sho time is a awesome show 😛 .

Hate them both, for easy reasons:
Yuri: I can't feel identified to the lead characters because they are girls.
Yaoi: ......I would feel disgusted about myself if I felt identified with the characters...

Female heterosexual, loves yaoi, hate yuri and hate striaght heintai too, more than yuri.
Not that I hate lesbians, it's just not my thing, I am NOT attracted to the female body at all. As for straight hientai, I simply can't stand it, the female characters get often banalised. As for liking yaoi, it's simply because there are males in it. But always in anime, human yaoi never eww but I can't see why people keep on shunning us yaoi lovers, most probably because we're the minority.
However no matter how strange it is, I met straight girls who like lesbian porn...maybe yeah they aren't that straight and don't realise it, and got told that lesbians can like yaoi...er how can that be possible?
Oh anyway yaoi rocks!
