I have written a few and read a good amount (though most are horrible) and I am (at this exact moment. word perfect is open right now 😛 ) writing a crossover of Minto na Bokura and The Day of Revolution. I am writing it in a very unique style that I am becoming increasingly proud of with each word I write. I am a very good writer. I won a state wide writing contest at the age of eight. 😀 I'll post it on ff.net and post a link here if anyone is interested.

I'm the person behind the story for a few of my friends that write fanfiction (I give them ideas/random funny dialogue). I do write a small amount which takes me forever because I procrastinate. Mostly stick to Harry Potter, although I used to be addicted to Gundam Seed and Naruto fanfics... haven't read any in a while though besides the ones I helped out with sigh

I'm currently readying a Ranma ½ fanfic series by Jim Bader that takes place in the worlds of at least 15 ranma fanfics, some by him, some by others.
The first part is lemon free, but the second part onward, well...

No. Normally they botch everything I loved about the story and bring out the parts I hated.
Does the walker choose the path, or the path the walker?

lemon is basically "adult"
lime is pretty much just eechi
(what's with all the fruit references, it's got me confused too)

I've mostly only read Eva fanfic. Most of it good, actually. Ofcourse, I tend to stay away from fanfiction.net so maybe that's why. I also read some megatokyo fanfics. Minor characters FTW! One in particular is rediculously well written. I haven't read any fics in about a year though.
Sarcasm just doesn't work over the internet.

I'm a bit of a Naruto fanfic addict. I just finished reading a decent NaruSasu (or was it SasuNaru 😕 ) that was not completely out of character AND alternate universe. I had previously thought such a feat to be impossible. Anyways I like Naruto fanfic in specific because there are so many characters that are about the same age (and going through puberty) and then there's the whole 'OMG time skip' bit that allows for so much creativity. I don't go crazy for slash fic but i like anything that makes me rethink a character, 2 character's relationship or a plot element. I am also completely opposed to Vampires randomly popping up or 'songfics'.
One of the things i like about reading fanfics is that many times i can watch an author grow. One that i've been following does not have the best grasp of the english language but has such great character development that I wade through pages of missed conjugations, but she has most definitely improved. (I don't know her gender I just assume that all people that write fanfic are female). You can see that with normal authors too i suppose (J.K. Rowling and Tamora Pierce are 2 examples that come to mind) but it's not as intimate. the people who write fanfic are within reach and they typically give cookies to those that review.
😃
Sorry for being incoherent

The only fanfic I ever remember reading was a RenoxYuffie one (weird combo I know but it was excellent). I probably forgot the rest in a desperate attempt of my brain to save itself -__-''...I'm pretty biased towards fanfics, so I end up hating even the better ones. I prefer making or reading about original characters. And I only wrote two that thankfully never got past 10 pages and will rest for eternity in a dark corner of my room.
