continue my day..honestly only a couple of my friends know i read manga. my friends that do know thought it was impressive and thought i was cultured.

For the most part, they'd be correct, looking at all the brainless shoujo crap out there. But it would be a rather ignorant statement; as with any type of storytelling there are gems.
I would call them a close-minded bigot 🙂

Well saying it is stupid as a whole I would say no. Some of the fans of manga really anoy me though they live in there fantasy world and I am fine with dressing up as your favourite character for advents but when you do it on a daily basis and start being all like boner about japan I start to think man that is just stupid.

So long story short I think some of the people who watch manga put people off watching because of how they make it a religion. Manga is not stupid just some of the people who watch manga are.

I believe in letting people do as they wish, as do I myself. Sometimes, of course, what I wish to do is kill them and they do not wish to die. This gives life interest.

I read more manga then my friends, but they don't mind... the only thing that bothers them is my excessivness to read manga xD (8-20 volumes a day... on average)

And people have already said it is xD I just dont care, I like what I like 😛

My friends and family have said it's stupid, the ones who know.
I don't really care though, I do it for my enjoyment, not theirs. Before I read manga, they said reading books was stupid, so I'm used to it...

Even tough their opinions matter to me and I can't say I wouldn't care, I would only change if there was an important reason behind their dislinking, and there wouldn't

Everyone surrounding me is just as obsessed with manga as I am. If any of them said manga was stupid, we would be laughing our heads off saying "I never knew you were that much of a joker."
