hmm, but i gotta say that nothing I've really read/seen is terribly violent, imo.

Lone Wolf & Cub. When Itto Ogami wades into a an army of enemies - which he does nearly every chapter - it turns into panel after panel of flying body parts. I don't think there is an era appropriate method of killing that wasn't covered graphically in the series.

Hellsing is pretty brutal...there's both psychological and physical violence. There is some other manga that could compete for the most violent title, but I can't recall the title. I just remember a scene with a guy taking out someone's spine 😐 my vote would go for Hellsing ( for now ).

Fist of The North Star is probably one of the most violent manga I have ever read.

Something like Tokyo Akazukin is more gory and bloody. The question was to the most violent, not the most bloody (they're two seperate things, entirely).

Readers of the series also know that my username is taken from a character in Fist of The North Star.

Also, xombiemonkey, I have repeatedly warned you about making topics such as these, since you seem to do so on an almost daily basis.

Most of these topics are pointless, or have been made already. Most of the topics you post get locked for this very reason.

lol. I was wondering when someone would say HOTD! Yeah I started reading Battle Royale to see how violently gory it actually was and it's not too gory at all! It is gory, but HOTD is more gory, but since they're zombies them getting chopped up and shot doesn't bother you like the actual people in BR.

I read keep on vibrating but it was more mentally disturbing than violent.

Akumetsu,HOTDead also are violent but dont rate that high on gore.
