Not really looking for yaoi or shounen-ai. Just a good manga where the two male leads are really close friends and are like brothers.

Not so much shoujo manga either. No best friends turn into enemies. I already have read/watched all of the popular manga/anime like Code Geass and Fullmetal Alchemist and such. I like the hidden gems of manga! 🙂

but as for suggestions you could try Hakkenden - Touhou Hakken Ibun its a shoujo but no romance is in it. but the translations are pretty slow, it has an anime with 2 seasons though so you can check that out if you want.
