I want comedy like random comedy or an idiot doing funny stuff.
Also, i want some action with it.

Some stuff not need but would be nice is like a skill that makes him do what hes doing. Like how in eyeshield, Sena has the speed that makes him become eyeshield 21.

Pretty good examples of what i want are Eyeshield 21 (doesnt have to be sports though) or Hitman Reborn.

I recommend watching the anime rather reading the manga because the voice actors in the anime are amazing and really gives life to the anime and also the anime makes the fight scenes cooler!! Don't worry, the anime is pretty loyal to the manga!!

I second this. So freaking funny.

If you don't mind ecchi, once you get past the first 2 volumes, Negima becomes more action-oriented. On the stupid comedy side, there is a lot, but you might feel that the action is insufficient (some volumes have a lot of action, while some intervening ones have next to nothing).

I second Hayate the Combat Butler -- it's one of my three favourite series.

The person after me posted Angel Densetsu, with which I agree is a very enjoyable series (It's been a while since I read it which is why I forgot).
