Thank you to everyone for continuing to recommend! I've got to add It's OK, If the Sky is Blue's last chapter, in which the uke confesses and (at least indirectly, through attempted manipulation) pursues the seme.

There's also the very smutty Lover is a Sweet Rabbit, which I haven't read because it's shota, but the summary definitely puts the ukes in an aggressive light.

@BaeSooky, your second rec reminded me of another manga by the same artist, Hero Heel! That also has a pretty aggressive uke, who doesn't just confess but actually blackmails the seme into having sex with him... Lol. (Well, he does regret it, but still...)
