Ultra Red needs a sequel so badly. Its unbelievable how great it was for being only a few volumes long and the ending is such an awesome cliffhanger.
As for other ones probably Slam Dunk, and Majin Devil.

Blue Dragon: Ral Grad needs a whole new series b/c they just rushed the ending and it was incredibly crappy.
The same goes for Muddy. Dammit they gave them the ax to early.

Tokyo Crazy Paradise could do with one. It's probably too late, and anyway Nakamura-sensei's busy, but still......whimper
Slam Dunk definitely left room for one. Day of Revolution, yeah. Except....it kinda was complete. It's just.....dammit, why the [i]wimp[i/]?! So, yeah, complete but not satisfactory.
Cannot currently think of anything else.

Sequel always suck. In my opinion.
I like where the characters are in the end so I'm ok.
Except for Aihara Miki's works.
She always has such open ended endings. 🙁
