I didn't read Black Cat, but it's from the same guy as To-Love-Ru, so he is busy with Mayoi Neko Overrun! and can't do it for the time being.

I'd also say Zombie Powder, since it was more interesting than Bleach and for some reason was cancelled too soon, and Double Arts.
