Eden was a really good manga. If you're looking for something of the same genre, Freesia gives off the same feel as Eden and gives a slight depressing feel. Also Shin Angyo Onshi is in a way very depressing. I'm not exactly sure what you consider depressing but for me, I feel depressed whenever a character I really like dies.
