I guess most depressing for my are..Sundome and Mon Seul=|...aaand maybe Bitter virgin...though now...after a long time...i don't find it really that depressing..but i remember i was rly crashed when i just read them=|
Can't really remember anything apart from these two=|I'd say anything that had to do with violence against women is deeply depressing for me=| i didn't even convinced myself to read sundome till the last chapter....waiting for it to end...depends on the ending)

Bitter Virgin I love that manga 😢
Gather my children and listen well
For this is now a tale I tell
Of summer moon and wings of dawn
Of darkest night and pagan song
The man of sorrow with no name
The fires of hell from where he came
The dawn shall rise the scrolls unfold
The cries of newborns never told
The winds of hate shall feed the fear
As deaths shadow looms so ever near
With darkness shall the world unfold
With wrath of hell and Raven bird

Death Note - made me ill for free days
when L died
girl is going to day in a year, the boy she loved died before she could confess to him and she falls in love with a guy who is already dead
Code Geass (Anime)
Haou Airen -
Full of sadness, rape and on the day of the wedding the guy is getting shot, walks in the church where only the bride is waiting and dies in her arms
Vinland Saga
Elfen Lied
Vampire Princess Miyu - sad, confusing, there aren´t good ends
Jigoku Shoujo(more the anime than the manga
School Days still shocked

Well oyasumi pun pun is not very depressing...it's just realistic and drammatic)but well...maybe maybe..)
School days yeah...it's even needn't to remind...it's a standard for disturbing and shocking alrdy)

I've seen Ai-Ren mentioned a few times. While I think it is terribly sad (it brought me to tears) I wouldn't say it was depressing.
While Ikuru and Ai both died, it was something that had come to be expected. He was terminally ill and her lifespan was never going to be more than 10 months anyways. I didn't find it depressing because they had a true, pure and innocent love that lasted until they died. Ai died in bed in Ikuru's arms and I don't think she'd have wanted it any other way. After the attack on the centre while Ikuru lied slowly dying under the rubble in his soliloquy he died without regret because he was able to know and love Ai. The fact that Haruka-sensei was able to take genetic material from each of them and create new life, a child of both of them, actually left the series with a bit of a happiness at the ending. While they never got to see or hold their child, and that child will live in a world where the human race is slowly dying the fact that the child exists means that they did in fact leave an attachment to the world they both felt terribly detached from. To me that is a beautiful way to end the manga, thus I can't find it depressing. Sad for sure, but not depressing.

The deep love series. Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari
I still need to read two more of them, but so far they all made me cry.
Haou Airen although I was able to predict the ending, it was still sad :/
(well those are depressing where they made me cry. If we're talking about depressing where it bumped me out ... I'll have to get back on that)
Yes yes, I know I make longwinded comments, but that's just me >.<
I should proof read my comments more, but I won't...
So keep in mind I'm filled with typos
