I usually see crossover genres in doujinshi, but i haven't seen one single manga that involves crossovers. I only know Type-Moon's series vaguely have some crossover reference but that is all I know. Does anyone have any ideas where there is actually a crossover series, or two different mangas with the same universal setting?

TSUDA Mikiyo:
The Day of Revolution, then Family Complexand finally Princess Princess. These were the years they were made and kinda timeline the characters are, but not really necessary to read it in that order...

There's also CLAMP, of course:
The only ones I'm really familiar with are Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles (I've found a number of characters Cardcaptor Sakura plus various other Clamp series) and xxxHolic.
I think they have a ton more, but I don't really know them...

Oh yeah, forgot to add. You could probably find what you're looking for in any series with prequel/sequels/etc... 😛

Everything from Clamp.

Lost Universe same universe of Slayers, far into to the future.
"Slayers vs Orphen", it's not listed on this site (or at least I can't find it).

Prequel & sequel aren't really crossover as they (generally) deal with not only the same "world" but also the same main characters.

Don't Girl Got Game and Jun'ai Tokkou Taichou share a character or two?

I think it's a cameo type deal.

I just found out that Candy Lifeand Kimi Wa Pet are roughly related through characters/universe, and there's a side story relation between Extra Heavy Syrup and Baby Pop. There may be more relations?

There is also Paradise Kiss and Gokinjo Monogatari in that way.
