I hate when i read a manga and the girl crys in like at lest ever chapter! I want to find a manga where the girl is kind of like the 'bad guy' and shes not some weak girl! but i also want there to be romance.(a lot of romance not a little)

I know that manga but that girl is kinda stupied and really annoying. I can't stand that mangaka's work!

look up Hwang Mi-Ri, it's korean manhwa author, she basically never has a weak female lead, some examples by her:
Love SOS
Honggane
Hot Blooded Woman
The Moment When a Fox Becomes a Wolf
and then there's "Grand Sun" where the female lead is the male leads body guard and I think "Tokyo Crazy Paradise" is somewhat fimilar to Grand Sun, though haven't read "tokyo. . ."

Heart no Kuni no Alice might be something you'd be interested. The main character, Alice, is very different from your usual shojo protagonist. I like her sarcastic humor. Plus the hot guys running around are a bonus =P

I haven’t seen her cry much…or at least from what I remember. She’s kind of like Alice, but a bit more…querulous.

Superior is another option. The Sheila is technically a bad guy…she’s the demon king ^_^; it looks all serious but it’s actually got some good funny parts. And nice romantic fluffy tidbits interspaced.

Change 123 is pretty good though isn't heavy on the romance though the guy is pathetic
